  • Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation and modification of related strategic planning outcomes and activities.
  • Assesses the need for and makes recommendations regarding the professional/career development of the College’s employees.
  • Sets guidelines, evaluates proposals and allocates funding within approved budget for professional development of all college employees.
  • Provides and/or supports activities which foster cultural artistic growth provides and/or supports activities which engender the value and understanding of diversity.
  • Works with other standing committees on issues with cross-functional implications.
  • Establishes subcommittees, task forces, work groups as necessary to assist in policy/procedural development or problem solving.
  • Communicates all recommendations to College Community.
