• Determines needs, concerns, and suggestions of Classified Staff on matters of importance at North Shore Community College.
• Determines, from staff, central issues of importance requiring discussion/action from Classified Staff.
• Conducts meetings for the purpose of discussion and recommendations on major staff issues.
• Conducts meetings for intellectual involvement, stimulation and professional growth for Classified Staff.  Important conclusions complied from meetings will be forwarded to the appropriate individual or group for action.
• Invites speakers from outside the College to give fresh perspectives on issues we may face as a College/staff.
